Chicken Draniki - 3 Simple and Appetizing Recipes for Lunch or Dinner

With minimal time and cost, you can create a hearty and healthy dish that will please both adults and children. The preparation is very quick, and the draniki are eaten even faster — right from the frying pan.

 

Draniki with Chicken Mince

Ingredients:

500-600 g chicken fillet,
2-3 peeled potatoes,
2-3 onions,
2-3 carrots,
1-2 eggs,
salt, pepper – to taste.

Preparation:

Pass all ingredients through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, and eggs, and mix thoroughly. Using a tablespoon, place the mixture in a frying pan and fry like pancakes. The chicken fillet can be replaced with any other meat.

Draniki with Chicken Fillet

Tender chicken fillet wrapped in a potato "coat" is a simple and delicious dish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 450 g
Potatoes - 800 g
Onion - 90 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sour cream - 2 tbsp
Flour - 3 tbsp
Dried garlic - to taste
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying

Preparation:

Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse the chicken fillet, dry it, and cut it into small pieces.

Step #3

Lightly beat the pieces of fillet, season with salt, pepper, and dried garlic. Leave for 15-20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and onions. Grate the onion on a fine grater.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and mix with the onion. Add eggs to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Add sour cream and mix again.

Add flour and mix thoroughly.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Using a tablespoon, place the potato mixture, and put a piece of chicken fillet on top.

Cover the chicken fillet with the potato mixture. Fry the draniki on one side until golden brown.

Then flip and fry the other side until golden brown.

Place the draniki on a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Draniki with Chicken and Cheese

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 150 g
Onion - 100 g
Sunflower oil - 110 g
Salt - 10 g
Italian seasoning - 3 g
Potatoes - 800 g
Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
Wheat flour - 80 g
Black pepper - 1 g
Hard cheese - 60 g

Preparation:

Step #1

For the preparation, we will need potatoes, chicken fillet, onion, cheese, eggs, salt, spices, and vegetable oil.

Rinse the chicken fillet and cut it into strips.

Finely chop the peeled onion.

Step #4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken fillet with onion over medium heat under a lid, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.

At the end of frying, add pepper and spices to taste, for example, Italian herbs or dried basil.

Grate the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater.

Add the chicken eggs to the potatoes.

Mix in the flour.

Season with a little salt and pepper.

Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater.

Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place a tablespoon of potato batter, spreading it into a thin layer.

When the bottom is browned to a golden color, carefully flip the draniki and fry the other side.
