Draniki with Chicken Mince
Ingredients:
500-600 g chicken fillet,
2-3 peeled potatoes,
2-3 onions,
2-3 carrots,
1-2 eggs,
salt, pepper – to taste.
Preparation:
Pass all ingredients through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, and eggs, and mix thoroughly. Using a tablespoon, place the mixture in a frying pan and fry like pancakes. The chicken fillet can be replaced with any other meat.
Draniki with Chicken Fillet
Tender chicken fillet wrapped in a potato "coat" is a simple and delicious dish for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 450 g
Potatoes - 800 g
Onion - 90 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sour cream - 2 tbsp
Flour - 3 tbsp
Dried garlic - to taste
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying

Rinse the chicken fillet, dry it, and cut it into small pieces.

Hard cheese - 60 g
