This salad with mandarins and chicken will be a true decoration of your New Year's table. Bright, aromatic fruits, fresh greens, and chicken fillet in an unusual soy-orange sauce create a unique flavor. The recipe is simple to execute and takes only 20 minutes to prepare. This salad can be served not only for holidays but also for lunch or dinner. Involving children in the process, for example, by asking them to peel the mandarins, will make cooking even faster and more fun.
