“You might think it’s time to flip the pancake, but it’s still runny and easily tears. Therefore, it is recommended to heat the pan at least a few minutes before starting to cook.
To avoid failure with the first pancake, it’s also a good idea to grease the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil or add it to the batter.
It’s important to be careful and skillful; these skills come with experience. Don’t worry if something doesn’t work out the first time, just try again.”
