Common mistakes that people make when sitting down at the table in the morning reduce productivity, cause fatigue, and create feelings of anxiety. The situation can be changed by remembering which foods should not be on the morning menu.
Sugary foods. One of the most common types of breakfast is cereal with a high content of refined sugar. They quickly saturate the body with energy, but then just as quickly lower blood sugar levels. This condition creates a constant desire to eat something sweet and leads to feelings of hunger throughout the day.
White rolls, pastries, and other baked goods. White flour also quickly raises blood sugar levels and then causes them to drop. This leads to fluctuations in energy and fatigue throughout the day. Regular consumption makes it difficult to control weight.
Fried foods. During frying, the fat content in foods increases. Fats that are heated for a long time are particularly difficult to digest and negatively impact cardiovascular health.
Processed meat products and salty cheeses. Sausages, salami, and hot dogs contain harmful additives, a large amount of salt, and saturated fats. Frequent consumption increases the risk of problems with blood pressure and the cardiovascular system. Excess salt in cheeses also leads to water retention in the body.
Sugary drinks, honey, and desserts. Although sweet foods provide short-term energy, they also cause a sudden drop in it. Since ready-made juices lack fiber, they quickly raise blood sugar levels. This leads to feelings of hunger throughout the day.
