Pumpkin can be the basis for many healthy dishes, including smoothies. This was stated by nutritionist Angelika Duval.

According to her, such a drink supports the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and is beneficial for the liver. To prepare it, you should boil 100 g of pumpkin until soft, then combine it with strawberries, 50 g of seasonal apple, and a sour berry, such as black chokeberry or sea buckthorn.

In addition to smoothies, you can also make a puree soup: boil pumpkin and sweet potato, blend them, add shrimp, basil, and cream.

Another option is a stew. The preparation method: simmer turkey thigh with onion and carrot, adding enough water to cover the ingredients. When the meat is cooked, add chopped pumpkin, zucchini, and sweet potato in equal parts. Simmer covered until ready, adding spices to taste 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking.
