The ex-wife of footballer Andrei Arshavin has found herself at the center of a scandal once again. Alisa Kazmina vandalized a rented apartment in St. Petersburg. She refused to compensate for the damage, prompting the owner, entrepreneur Vitaly S., to sue her.

As a result, Alisa was ordered to pay more than 2 million rubles (21,763 euros) for the havoc she caused. And this came after four years of litigation, appeals, and cassations.

In 2022, Kazmina rented a property, promising to pay 120,000 rubles a month, but just a month and a half later, only bare walls and broken furniture remained, claimed the owner. The walls, floor, curtains, and furniture were covered in oil stains and colored streaks. A leather sofa and armchairs, a cooktop, wallpaper, and a cast-iron bathtub were damaged—everything within reach was affected. Additionally, the owner could not find small household appliances and everyday items.

Vitaly S. demanded over 3 million rubles from the unfortunate tenant. However, the Krasnoselsky District Court settled on 2 million rubles. On top of that, the tenant was ordered to cover court costs. Alisa attempted to appeal—unsuccessfully.

The entrepreneur who rented the apartment to the ex-wife of the famous footballer refrained from commenting. Vitaly confirmed that the legal proceedings have finally concluded, and the decision has come into legal force.

It should be noted that this is not the first time Kazmina has been asked to compensate for damages related to an apartment. In 2021, she owed 2 million rubles for illegal residence in her ex-mother-in-law's house. Although a court ruling ordered her to vacate, Alisa did not even think about packing her things for a long time.

It is worth recalling that Alisa Kazmina became known to everyone after a difficult divorce from the footballer and later faced serious health problems. Due to illness, she completely lost her nose. Only recently, a plastic surgeon from St. Petersburg was able to restore her face.
