On Saturday, four people were injured in traffic accidents in Latvia, the State Police reported to the LETA agency.
Among the injured were two pedestrians, and a total of 98 traffic accidents were registered in Latvia over the past 24 hours.
In the last 24 hours, 12 drivers were detained in Latvia for driving under the influence of alcohol. Two administrative and 10 criminal cases have been initiated.
A total of 211 protocols were issued for speeding, three for aggressive driving, and a total of 523 administrative protocols for violations of traffic rules.
