On Monday in Läänemaa (Estonia), rescuers had to free a woman who spent the entire weekend with her hand stuck in a chimney.
The call to the village of Linnamäe in the Lääne-Nigula municipality came to the rescuers at 9:23. It turned out that the woman had started cleaning the chimney last Friday, and her hand got stuck.
Since the rescuers were unable to pull the woman's hand out, they had to dismantle the base of the chimney to free the limb, reported BNS, citing the spokesperson of the Lääne Rescue Center.
The hand was freed, after which the woman was handed over to the paramedics, who took her to the hospital.
