Анна с сыновьями уже несколько лет живет в Испании и не хочет возвращаться в Россию.

The 46-year-old television host informed his wife about the breakup over the phone – at that moment, they were not together.

The Presnensky District Court of Moscow recently refused to reduce the amount of alimony that Timur Rodriguez pays to his ex-wife Anna Devichkina. The artist's income has significantly decreased lately, and he filed a lawsuit to lower the monthly payment. The 46-year-old Rodriguez and his ex-wife have two children - 16-year-old Miguel and 12-year-old Daniel. Every month, Timur transferred 1.5 million rubles for their maintenance plus an additional 500,000 to Anna.

The showman requested to reduce the alimony amount by three times. However, the court denied his request. It turned out that Anna and the children have been living in Spain for several years. The rent for a four-room apartment in Madrid alone costs her 6,500 euros (612,000 rubles) per month. Anna does not want to return to Russia. In this situation, the court sided with her. According to StarHit, the judge considered the possible return of Rodriguez's children from Spain to Russia as a significant deterioration in their usual standard of living.

Rodriguez's lawyer suggested that if there were no financial means to live in Spain, it would be reasonable to return to Russia, where quality education can also be obtained. However, the Presnensky court judge emphasized that the children have already adapted to life in Spain. Moreover, she was outraged by Rodriguez's request to exclude from the alimony agreement the obligation to pay for the flights of the sons and Anna in business class.

"Tell me, when he himself accustomed the children to such a standard of living, why didn't he think that the financial situation might worsen? And how might the children react to this? Did he discuss with the children whether they wanted to return to the Russian Federation, considering that they have gotten used to living there? Did he tell them that their financial situation and usual standard of living might deteriorate?" the judge asked Rodriguez's representatives.

In response, the showman's lawyers emphasized that returning to Russia under the current political conditions is the most reasonable decision.

"We believe that if the defendant cannot provide a decent living for the children in Madrid for 500,000 rubles, then, undoubtedly, under such circumstances and unreasonable expenses, the ex-wife is not deprived of the opportunity to return to Russia with the children. This seems more than reasonable and justified. In Russia, there is quality education and comfortable living conditions," noted Timur's lawyer.

Timur Rodriguez and Anna Devichkina divorced after 16 years of marriage. The showman announced the separation from his wife in the fall of 2023. The television host informed his wife about the breakup over the phone – at that moment, they were not together. For Anna, it was a terrible blow. The couple only clarified their relationship a month later when she flew to Moscow.

Timur sincerely believed that everything was over between them: by that time, he was already dating actress Katya Kabak. According to Timur, the divorce was not easy for him and hit the children hard.
