Не так давно сам Андрей Александрович пытался отсудить крупные суммы.

He has long left Russia, lived in the United States for a while, and is now rumored to have settled in Turkey.

The former producer of the group 'Laskovyi Mai', Andrei Razin, has been declared wanted by the authorities. He has been charged with large-scale fraud.

The issue arose from the money that poet Sergey Kuznetsov, the author of songs for the iconic group, did not receive, according to media reports. According to the investigation, Razin had been using a forged contract with Kuznetsov for years to fraudulently receive royalties for the performance of the group's hits by other artists in public. The producer faces up to 10 years in prison. Razin has long left Russia, lived in the United States for a while, and is now rumored to have settled in Turkey. Local law enforcement is quite willing to cooperate with their Russian counterparts, so Razin faces a real prospect of extradition to Russia followed by trial.

The situation with Razin appears to be a cruel irony, as he has long complicated the lives of artists and former colleagues through lawsuits. For example, he recently attempted to sue the creators of the series 'Slovo Patsana', accusing them of illegally using songs from 'Laskovyi Mai'.

Razin demanded to annul the contract between the creators of the series and Svetlana Shatunova. According to the producer, she has no right to profit from the group's songs, as he is the 'last living author' of these works.

This dispute has become another episode in the long-standing confrontation between Razin and Shatunov's family. The producer has repeatedly claimed that he is the key guardian of the rights to 'Laskovyi Mai' songs, but the singer's relatives have successfully challenged all his claims in court.

The Struggle for Yuri Shatunov's Inheritance

The legal battle over Yuri Shatunov's inheritance has not subsided in recent years. Razin filed a lawsuit demanding the annulment of the artist's will. The defendants in the case were the singer's widow and children. Yuri himself actively opposed the producer during his lifetime, who tried to intimidate him with lawsuits.

Razin was also involved in another scandalous story related to Moldovan performer Ion Ionita, nicknamed the 'Moldovan Shatunov'. The producer demanded $2 million for the use of the lookalike's repertoire from 'Laskovyi Mai' without his approval.

This process has become part of a series of conflicts that Razin has been engaged in over the past few years. His opponents accuse the producer of attempting to monopolize the rights to the group's legacy, while he claims to be protecting the interests of the collective and its creative heritage.

Razin's Curses

Razin is known not only for his legal battles but also for his vivid public statements. In 2023, he promised to curse the participants of the memorial evening for Yuri Shatunov. The producer called the event 'satanic' and condemned those artists who had never visited the singer's grave but decided to profit from his name.

'They will face death and illness. I will pray for this!' Razin stated. He also added that all his enemies have already died, and curses always come true. Now, there are dark jokes online about the 'karmic boomerang' that has come back to the producer for all his negativity.
