Facebook users Elizabeth Osokina and Vlad Zhukov shared a surreal story about their trip to get sausage for a salad. Although the sausage has nothing to do with it.
“A surreal situation or how a trip for sausage turned into some kind of detective story” 🕵️♀️🥴
Today we simply went to get sausage for a meat salad after visiting the shopping center. We listened to music and chatted about our lives. Nothing special... Just ordinary family days.
At the turn near our house, my husband notices a car with the same numbers as ours.
He says: “Look at the number.”
I think: “Well, yes, the numbers are the same, so what?”
Then I realize that the letters are the same too! 😳
And then it hits me — it’s exactly the same car with our numbers!
We overtake it — zero reaction.
He doesn’t respond to any action, just keeps driving, starts cutting us off, and speeds ahead 🤯. After two intersections, we catch up. My husband jumps out to find out what the...
the driver, apparently scared, crashed into the car in front of him.
At first, he was silent, didn’t answer any questions, and then absolutely calmly says: — “I ordered the number on AliExpress.” 😶
And really, what’s so strange about that? Apparently, he does this every day.
To the question: — “Didn’t you see that a car with your own numbers is overtaking you and trying to stop you?” He replied calmly: — “No, I didn’t notice.”
As it turned out later, he hadn’t passed the technical inspection since June. He didn’t want to go through it and didn’t want to pay the money either. He walked around the area looking for a similar car to copy the number — he found it. Ours.
Well, why exactly ours?! 😂
In the yard, there are cars like mushrooms after rain. And how could he search for a car in his own neighborhood where he lives?
In the end, 3 hours of negotiations with the police. The guy went to the isolation cell, the car was taken for wrapping and to the impound lot.
The first photo - our number
The second and third - his.
