In the past 24 hours, 20 people were injured in traffic accidents in Latvia, according to the operational report of the State Police, LETA reports.
Among the injured are one pedestrian and three cyclists.
A total of 154 traffic accidents were registered in the country within a day, of which 15 involved injuries. There were no fatalities.
Almost half of all traffic accidents with injuries occurred in the Riga region — in seven accidents, eight people were injured, including one pedestrian, according to police data.
