"Miljavskaja is a fool. I confirm. Don’t rush to send codes."
Singer Lolita Miljavskaja became a victim of fraudsters — she honestly admitted this on her social media. Ironically, just a couple of days ago, the artist boasted to journalists, including a correspondent from KP.RU, that she was mocking lazy "scammers."
Lolita recorded a video message, which she signed briefly but honestly: "Miljavskaja is a fool. I confirm. Don’t rush to send codes." It turns out that in a recent interview, the singer angered the fraudsters, and they decided to bring her back down to earth.
"We all think we are smart, invulnerable. And I thought so too. I thought, well, why would I fall for a scam over the intercom? No way. Would I take money to some safe account? No, they are all crooks. I’m going to the dentist today. Obviously, my work phone is on. And on the phone that’s not for work, a call comes in, it says 'transport company.' I have two microphones being delivered. So I think: 'Oh, cool!' They say they are bringing it right now. I explain that I’ve actually left, just leave it in the entrance. They say: 'So you give us the code.' And I immediately, without looking, say the code. I give the code and hear the phrase: 'Oh, Miljavskaja is a fool, she gave the code on the first try.' I realize that I’m in trouble," the artist recounted how the fraudsters took revenge on her.
Miljavskaja thanked the smart people around her who quickly changed all the codes. Lolita herself immediately went to the MFC to block all possible permissions, including for loans. She urged people not to wait and to change their passwords immediately if they accidentally revealed any code in a rush.
Let us remind you that a couple of days ago at the MUZ-TV birthday party in the Kremlin, Lolita boasted that she was not afraid of fraudsters at all. "I really love communicating with phone scammers. People who violate any space... And I periodically take calls, and they are already leaking the database. And they say: 'Lolita Markovna, the meter readers are coming to you.' Get lost! Come up with something new," the artist said.
