JSC "Latvian Railway" (LDz) will put real estate in Riga on Lokomotīves Street up for electronic auction with a starting price of 164,665 euros, according to a statement in the official publication "Latvijas Vēstnesis," writes LETA.
The real estate consists of a service building.
The auction will start on May 5 of this year at 13:00 and will end on June 4 at 13:00.
As previously reported, the turnover of the LDz group last year, according to preliminary data, amounted to 201.189 million euros, which is 13.9% less than in 2024, while the group's losses decreased fivefold to 7.823 million euros, according to information published by the company.
During the reorganization last year, the subsidiary of LDz — LLC "LDz Cargo" — merged with the subsidiaries of LDz — LLC "LDz ritošā sastāva serviss" and LLC "LDz loģistika" in October 2025. The LDz group also includes "LatRailNet", which is responsible for setting infrastructure charges and distributing the capacity of the railway infrastructure, as well as the security company LLC "LDz apsardze."
