Ford recalls 422,613 vehicles in the U.S. due to faulty wipers. This was reported by Reuters, citing the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
The recall affects Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition SUVs, as well as some F-Series trucks.
The company reported that the wiper arms may break. Dealers will inspect and replace the arms.
In March, Ford recalled 254,640 SUVs in the U.S. due to software issues that could lead to a loss of the rearview camera image and some advanced driver-assistance features, including the collision avoidance system, lane-keeping assist, and blind-spot monitoring.
As of the end of 2025, Ford ranked seventh among the world's largest automakers. During the year, the company's sales fell by nearly 2% to 4.4 million vehicles.
