Fuel prices decreased over the past work week in the capitals of the Baltic States, according to aggregated data from the LETA agency.
At the end of the work week, the highest price for gasoline was in Riga, followed by Tallinn and Vilnius. At the same time, diesel fuel was most expensive in Vilnius, followed by Riga, while the lowest price for diesel was recorded in Tallinn.
In Riga, at the 'Circle K' gas station on Krasta Street, the price of both 95-octane gasoline and diesel fuel decreased by 1.3% over the week and on Friday was 1.534 euros and 1.514 euros per liter, respectively.
In Vilnius, at the 'Circle K' station on Savanoriu Avenue, 95-octane gasoline cost 1.459 euros per liter, which is 3% less than a week earlier, while the price of diesel decreased by 0.3% to 1.579 euros per liter.
In Tallinn, at 'Circle K' stations, on Friday, 95-octane gasoline cost 1.479 euros per liter — 2.6% less than a week earlier, while the price of diesel fuel decreased by 2.8% to 1.389 euros per liter.
The price of autogas in Riga remained unchanged compared to the previous week and was 0.915 euros per liter on Friday. In Vilnius, the price of autogas increased by 2.7% to 0.769 euros, while in Tallinn it rose by 0.8% to 0.898 euros per liter.
