Riga Stradiņš University (RSU) will sell its property located at 3 Palasta Street in Old Riga, where the university's student government residence is situated, according to an announcement in the official publication "Latvijas Vēstnesis," reports LETA.
The property includes a land plot of 1,037 square meters and a four-story building of a former vocational school with a total area of 3,695.5 square meters, as well as a basement under the inner courtyard with an area of 65.7 square meters.
The building was constructed in 1887 according to the design of architect Heinrich Karl Emke, but it is not registered as an architectural or cultural monument.
The conditional price of the property is €2.55 million, and the auction step is €25,500.
The auction will take place in electronic format from November 5 at 1:00 PM until December 5 at 1:00 PM.
Previously, the electronic auction for this property with a starting price of €2.55 million began on October 10, but was interrupted on October 17.
