JSC "Latvenergo" will auction real estate in Riga at 19 Andrejostas Street with a starting price of 2.64 million euros, according to the company's announcement in the official publication Latvijas Vēstnesis, reported LETA.
The electronic auction will begin on October 14 at 13:00 and will end on November 13 at 13:00.
The property consists of a land plot of 8,329 square meters, an administrative building of 723.1 square meters, a guard building (43.1 sq. m), two storage facilities (54 and 63 sq. m), a transformer substation building (141.2 sq. m), a substation building (1,242.3 sq. m), a transformer building (4.8 sq. m), and a closed distribution building with a voltage of 110 kV covering 709.4 sq. m.
The property is being sold at auction as a single property complex with all accessories.
In the transformer substation building, the substation building, and the closed distribution building, as well as on part of the land plot, there are energy supply facilities — equipment and cable lines of the electricity transmission system operator JSC "Augstsprieguma tīkls" (AST) and the distribution system operator JSC "Sadales tīkls".
To ensure the safe operation of the energy supply facilities located on the auction property until the completion of their dismantling and relocation project, the auction winner will be required to: simultaneously with the conclusion of the purchase agreement for the property — conclude with AST and "Sadales tīkls" and register in the Land Register a gratuitous personal servitude agreement for that part of the territory and building where the energy supply facilities are currently located.
Part of the land plot, covering 2,329 square meters, and the buildings included in the property are leased, but after the sale of the real estate, the lease agreement will be terminated.
"Latvenergo" is engaged in the production and trading of electricity and heat, as well as the sale of natural gas and the provision of electricity distribution services. The bonds of "Latvenergo" are listed on the Nasdaq Riga exchange's list of debt securities.
