The Israel Defense Forces on Tuesday morning urged residents of Iran to refrain from using trains until 8:30 PM Latvian time, as strikes on Iran's railway infrastructure are expected, LETA reported citing AFP.
"For your safety, we urge you to refrain from using trains and traveling across the country until 9:00 PM Iranian time," the army said in a statement published on its website in Persian.
The army warned that being on a train or near railway tracks poses a threat to life.
