Tehran believes that the UAE plays an active role in the U.S.-Israeli war against Iran, and any ground invasion could lead to large-scale attacks on Emirati state assets. A U.S. ground invasion may begin soon, media reports say. The operation is likely to be initiated from American bases in Gulf countries.

The most belligerent rhetoric is being demonstrated by a close ally of Israel – Abu Dhabi. The UAE ambassador to the U.S. even wrote a column in the Wall Street Journal, stating that a ceasefire would be "insufficient" and that there needs to be a pursuit of a "final solution" that would "eliminate the full spectrum of threats from Tehran." The WSJ also noted that some Gulf countries are considering joining attacks on Iran.

Intelligence reports increasingly confirm a scenario in which an attack could begin from UAE territory, media reports say. Iranian authorities now believe that this country has played an active role in the attack from the very beginning. In this regard, the leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran has "decided to put an end to the period of tolerance towards Abu Dhabi, concluding that its role is not limited to hosting American military facilities, which have already been targeted by Iranian retaliatory strikes."

Iranian intelligence believes that the UAE "has also provided some of its own aviation assets for operations against their country." Essentially, Abu Dhabi has become a forward platform for implementing Israeli interests in the region. This includes "disinformation operations" – staged (false-flag) Israeli attacks on Oman and at least one other country, which were meant to appear as Iranian.

Tehran also believes that "part of this cooperation includes the use of advanced AI infrastructure in the UAE for collecting and analyzing data necessary for the U.S. and Israel to carry out strikes." In light of all this, any attacks on Iranian ships, boats, and coastal areas carried out from UAE territory will now be regarded as a serious escalation requiring a "decisive response."

Previously, Iran deliberately did not consider the countries from which attacks were launched as fully hostile states. For this reason, strikes were limited to those targets that are immediate military objectives of the U.S., as well as intelligence targets related to the U.S. and Israel. But such restraint "will cease the moment a ground invasion begins."

Any country from which such an attack is launched will immediately transition to a hostile status. In this case, Iranian strikes will be directed not only at military or intelligence targets but also at all government institutions and state-related structures, including commercial and property assets in which the UAE has investment stakes. In the event of an invasion, the previous rules will no longer apply. If any state participates in the occupation of even a single piece of Iranian land, it will be considered an aggressor." It is emphasized that this message has already been conveyed to the leaders of the United Arab Emirates.
