Finnish President Alexander Stubbe stated that the moment for the resumption of direct dialogue between the European Union (EU) and Russia is approaching.
"I believe that we are approaching the moment when the channels for political dialogue with Russia will need to be opened," said Stubbe.
The Finnish President emphasized that dialogue with Russia should be conducted on behalf of the entire union, rather than through a specific EU member state.
