FT: opposition-minded Iranians have stopped supporting US strikes.
Opposition-minded Iranians have stopped supporting US strikes against their country. This is reported by the Financial Times. "Our city, our country — this shouldn't have happened. How is it that in Venezuela... there was a clean, bloodless regime change, but here — there isn't?" noted a resident of Iran. According to the publication, some Iranians initially hoped that US attacks would lead to a change of power in Iran. However, the extensive bombings, destruction of infrastructure, and numerous civilian casualties quickly changed their attitude towards what was happening. Earlier, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) published a conversation between Israeli and American pilots. During the conversation, the latter urged for stronger strikes against Iran.
