The Russian House in Lebanon was destroyed by Israeli strikes. This was reported by the center's director, Asaad Dia.

"The building is completely destroyed from yesterday's strike. The building was absolutely empty; everyone left when the war started," he said, as quoted by the media.

Dia stated that the cultural house actively began operations in 2004 and since then has engaged in various humanitarian activities. In particular, the center assisted low-income families, organized Russian language, drawing, and dance classes for children. There was also a large library in the building.

Earlier, the head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Yevgeny Primakov, reported that Israel attacked the partner Russian House in the Lebanese city of Nabatiyeh. He emphasized that no military activities were taking place at the cultural center, and the strike was unprovoked.

It is also reported that strikes on fuel depots in Iran will lead to an ecological disaster in the Middle East with far-reaching consequences, as concluded by Professor Glenn Dezen of the University of Southeast Norway on the social network X. "Even sewage in Tehran caught fire after the attacks on fuel depots. The U.S. has unleashed an ecological disaster that will cause cancer and other diseases for decades," he lamented.
