Three American soldiers were killed during heavy U.S.-Israeli bombings in Iran. Five Americans were seriously injured.
During Operation 'Epic Fury' in Iran, three American servicemen were killed in combat, and five sustained serious injuries, reported the U.S. Central Command.
Several other servicemen received minor shrapnel wounds and concussions.
The U.S. Central Command explained that the situation remains fluid, and out of respect for the families of the deceased, the identities of the soldiers will not be disclosed until 24 hours after the next of kin have been notified.
