"Искандеры" стоят дорого - и их осталось немного.

North Korea is unlikely to be able to significantly help with delivery.

In the Russian Federation, problems arise not only in the economic sector but also in armaments. This opinion was expressed on the Ukrainian "Radio NV" by Konstantin Krivolap, an analyst and aviation expert.

"If the Russians could deliver a more powerful strike against us, they would have already done so. They are doing what they can do. When they start using anti-ship missiles against transformer substations and power lines, if they are already starting to do this, it indicates that they do not even have that much ballistic capability. I do not see the potential of the Russians in aircraft, missiles, or new developments. I just don’t see any movement in civil aviation, engine manufacturing, I don’t see any development or prospects for the future," said Krivolap.

At the same time, he added that North Korea is unlikely to be able to significantly help the Russian Federation in increasing its capabilities for strikes deep into Ukraine, as the DPRK has already transferred to Moscow the stockpiles it had accumulated.

"What they have kept for themselves is a strategic reserve. North Korea has produced what it considered necessary for itself. All the materials and components need to be assembled and made. People are needed, a lot is needed. I think North Korea has done everything it could," Krivolap added.

Earlier, journalists from The Guardian reported that the Russian economy could reach a "point of no return" as early as 2026. The publication notes that the Russian economy is excessively skewed in favor of military production at the expense of the civilian sector.

Meanwhile, the Financial Times reports a sharp increase in personnel losses for the Russian Federation, against which achieving the goals set by Vladimir Putin for his army becomes significantly more complicated. Analysts note that the pace of Russian advancement at key sections of the front is only between 15 and 70 meters per day.
