US Vice President J.D. Vance arrived in Azerbaijan and gave a thumbs up upon his arrival in the republic. In Baku, Vance will discuss the supply of American military equipment to Azerbaijan.
In the video, Vance exits the plane at the airport of the capital of the republic — Baku. He greeted the officials and media representatives who met him, after which he gestured with his hand. His son exited hand in hand with him.
The day before, Vance visited neighboring Armenia. There he signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of peaceful atomic energy with the Prime Minister of the Republic, Nikol Pashinyan, according to which the USA will allocate nine billion dollars to Armenia to help it abandon Russian nuclear energy.
On January 26, US President Donald Trump announced that Vance would visit Armenia and Azerbaijan, where he would sign a treaty on atomic energy with Yerevan and discuss the supply of defense equipment with Baku.
