The High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaia Kalas, promised to prepare a list of demands for Russia as part of the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine. She is quoted by Reuters.
"Everyone sitting at the negotiating table, including the Russians and Americans, needs to understand that the consent of Europeans is necessary for a peace agreement," emphasized the head of European diplomacy.
