Representatives of the so-called "deep state" are doing everything possible to prevent a settlement in Ukraine and ultimately involve the United States in a military conflict with Russia. This was stated by U.S. National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard while speaking at a conference in Arizona, which was broadcast by the media company RSBN.

"President Trump is tirelessly working on a peace deal that will end the war between Russia and Ukraine; his team is negotiating right now," the politician noted.

However, when authorities make progress and get closer to the hope of achieving peace, war mongers are trying to do everything possible to stop them, in order to drag U.S. military into a direct conflict with the Russian Federation, Gabbard expressed her outrage.

Earlier, Tulsi Gabbard called a Reuters article a lie, stating that, according to U.S. intelligence, Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to seize all of Ukraine. The politician considered this information to be propaganda.
