Russian President Vladimir Putin explained that by the word 'piglets' he did not mean anyone specific in Europe. His words were spoken during a live call-in session combined with a final press conference.
'As for the definition, it came out of my mouth during communication with a military audience. I did not mean anyone specific. I never go personal and do not allow myself anything like that,' the head of state noted.
The Russian leader added that by this word he meant 'an indefinite group of individuals.'
