Ukraine is ready to fight for another two to three years, but Russian President Vladimir Putin will not be able to last that long, said Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski in an interview with TVP World, LETA reports citing UNN.

He also noted that Europe must be prepared to support Ukraine for at least another three years.

"Ukraine plans for a three-year war, and such colonial wars usually last about ten years. I don't think Putin will be able to last another three years," the minister said.

Sikorski also urged the European Union to take a more active role in negotiations to achieve peace.

"I hope that the U.S. will continue to provide Ukraine with intelligence. Of course, Poland is paying for Starlink terminals, and munitions for American weaponry are also important - for air defense and long-range strikes," emphasized the Polish Foreign Minister.
