Ukraine will produce 600–800 drone interceptors per day by the end of November, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Monday, LETA reports citing Ukrainska Pravda.
"I said that in the fall, up to 1,000 drone interceptors will be produced per day. And they will be manufactured within one day. Certainly, this is a complex case," the president acknowledged.
"We believe that by the end of November, 600–800 drone interceptors will be produced per day. If nothing breaks down, because sometimes, as we understand, it comes in. Sometimes it hits not only energy facilities, you should know that," Zelensky said.
Despite Russian strikes on arms factories, all of them have resumed operations, the president noted.
"This means that according to the current situation today, we have not lost any type of long-range weapons. Sometimes mass production slows down because we lose this or that [element], that is true. But we are also striking back at the Russians," the head of state emphasized.
