The largest trading partners of Russia last year were China, India, and the European Union.

This was reported by the German publication Bild.

China became the leader in trade volumes in 2024. The country conducted transactions with the Russian Federation worth approximately $244.8 billion. According to the publication, Beijing primarily imports Russian goods such as oil, gas, and coal.

India came in second, while the European Union ranked third, remaining a significant trading partner with Russia despite sanctions. The trade volume amounted to €67.5 billion.

Countries such as Israel, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Egypt, and Brazil also strengthened trade ties with Moscow last year.
