В России приехавшим из Латвии пенсионерам предложили бонусы за рождение детей

Nizhny Novgorod Governor Nikitin invited Russian citizens expelled from Latvia to the region. They were even promised one million rubles (10,500 euros at the current exchange rate - ed.) for the birth of a child, but most of these people are already retired... But this does not bother Russian propaganda.

The Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region, Gleb Nikitin, invited Russians being expelled from Latvia to the region. He posted the invitation on his Telegram channel, as reported by Ukrainian media.

According to Nikitin, the Nizhny Novgorod Region is ready to assist people forced to leave Latvia and other countries "due to Russophobia." For this purpose, an agency called "Oka" has been established in the region, which allegedly can help resettlers with relocation, documentation, housing, and adaptation in practice - not just in words. Pensioners from Latvia were also offered to take advantage of the Russian regional program "Osnova," which allows them to receive one million rubles (10,500 euros at the current exchange rate - ed.) for the birth of a child! This shows the breadth of thought among Russian authorities, particularly Governor Gleb Nikitin of Nizhny Novgorod Region.

Earlier, the head of Latvia's Ministry of Interior, Rihards Kozlovskis, stated that about 500 Russians could be expelled from the country. According to him, this concerns individuals who ignored the requirements to take the Latvian language exam and did not approach the authorities to request a temporary residence permit.
