Trump Calls for the Mayor of an American City to Be Imprisoned 0 65

U.S. President Donald Trump called for the imprisonment of Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker. He wrote this on his page on the social network Truth Social.

"The Mayor of Chicago should be jailed for failing to protect U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers! The Governor Pritzker too!" the American leader wrote.

Earlier, Chicago Mayor Johnson accused Donald Trump of violating the constitution after the decision to send 300 National Guard troops to the city.

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, in turn, compared the leader's decision to an invasion. As a result, the state of Illinois and the city of Chicago sued the U.S. administration.
