Making a delicious liver roll with vegetables is quite feasible even for beginner cooks. It is a great solution for both festive appetizers and everyday lunches and dinners.
Ingredients:

400 grams of chicken liver;

two eggs;

one onion;

15 grams of starch;

50 grams of flour;

one tablespoon of vegetable oil;

three carrots;

two onions;

oil for frying;

spices and salt.
Preparation:
For the base of the liver roll, you need to place the chopped liver, onion, raw eggs, flour, starch, and a little salt in a blender. The mixture should be thoroughly blended, then poured onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
While the base is cooking, you can prepare the filling: peel and chop the onion and carrots, sauté them in a heated pan with oil, and add salt and spices to taste. The vegetables should be cooked through and then allowed to cool slightly.
On the prepared liver base, place the vegetable filling, roll it tightly using the parchment paper, wrap it in film, and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Before serving, slice the roll into pieces.
