  • 50 milliliters of vegetable oil;

  • one tablespoon of soy sauce.

Preparation:

Preparation begins with soaking 300 grams of soybeans in cold water for at least two hours. The swollen soybeans should be boiled until soft in fresh water for an hour, after which they should be drained and cooled. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, and sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until soft. The cooled sauté and beans need to be blended until smooth, adding one egg at the end.

The resulting mixture should be transferred to a bowl, mixed with salt, pepper, one tablespoon of soy sauce, and 120 grams of flour. The mince should be kneaded thoroughly, adding a little more flour if necessary, ensuring that the mixture does not become too dense. This will help maintain the softness of the finished dish after cooking.

From the prepared mixture, cutlets of the desired size are formed. They are fried in a preheated pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. The process continues until a golden crust forms on both sides.
