  • minced meat — about 400 g
  • onion — 1 piece
  • ground coriander, salt, and pepper — to taste
  • flour — about 200 g
  • eggs — 2 pieces
  • water — about 50 ml

How to Cook

First, grate the onion and add it to the minced meat. Season the mixture with spices and mix thoroughly until homogeneous. Form small balls from the resulting mass.

Prepare the coating separately: in one bowl, whisk the eggs with water and a pinch of salt, and in another, place the flour.

Each meatball is first dipped in the egg mixture, then rolled in flour. If desired, the process can be repeated once more for a thicker layer.

After that, boil the prepared dumplings in salted water, just like regular dumplings, until cooked.
