Preparation:
For the berry filling, heat the frozen cherries in a saucepan, add sugar and starch dissolved in a small amount of water, then simmer until thickened. For the cream, heat the sour cream or yogurt with the cottage cheese in a saucepan, add the mixture of eggs with sugar and starch, then add the cold butter and mix until slightly thickened.
