This confirms that the safety of a product depends not on the method of creation but on the quality of control.

How to Approach GMO Products

Labeling on packaging allows consumers to make informed choices. However, current scientific data do not provide grounds to consider GMOs automatically harmful.

It is much more important to pay attention to the composition, quality, and balance of the diet as a whole than to the mere fact of genetic modification.
