The drink also contains natural sugars, which can quickly provide a feeling of vitality and replenish energy. It contains antioxidant compounds that, in small amounts, participate in protecting cells from damage. Additionally, birch sap can be useful as a light seasonal drink that diversifies the diet and helps maintain overall well-being during seasonal changes.

Why Its Benefits Are Often Overstated
