Cottage cheese is a very useful and valuable product that is necessary for the normal functioning of our body, but not everyone likes to eat it raw (especially children), so housewives have to search for new interesting recipes for delicious dishes made from cottage cheese, such as the tender and juicy dessert offered here.
To prepare the suggested dish, you will need: half a kilogram of cottage cheese, three eggs, 60 grams of raisins, 100 grams of candied fruits, half a glass of sugar, a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon, 30 grams of butter, and one packet of vanilla sugar.
To make the finished dish as tender and airy as possible, the cottage cheese should be whipped beforehand using a blender or simply thoroughly passed through a sieve, after which the prepared product is mixed with raw eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
Cinnamon, candied fruits, and washed and, if necessary, soaked in boiling water raisins should also be added to the resulting cottage cheese mixture, mixed well again, and placed in a generously buttered heatproof dish.
The dish is baked at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes, covering the dish with foil, and then the foil should be removed, the heat reduced, and cooked for another 20 minutes.
Allow the finished dessert to cool completely, remove it from the dish, cut it into portions, and serve.
