According to RadarOnline, the man claims that early in the morning he heard a conversation among several prison staff members. He stated that there were initially shouts urging to check for breathing, after which one of the voices allegedly said, "Guys, you killed this guy."
Later, the witness claims, a female staff member joined the conversation and said that if the inmate was dead, the situation "could be covered up." According to him, these words could also have been heard by other inmates.
