Singaporean photographer and former model Chuando Tan has been astonishing social media users with his appearance for many years. Despite turning 60, he looks significantly younger in photographs. Tan himself explains this not by genetics or expensive procedures, but by discipline and sustainable habits.
Early Sleep and Strict Routine
One of Chuando Tan's main rules is to maintain a sleep schedule. He tries to go to bed no later than 11:00 PM and considers adequate rest an important factor for skin health and overall well-being.
In addition, the photographer avoids late dinners. Usually, his last meal occurs a few hours before bedtime.
Exercise Almost Every Day
Physical activity plays an important role in Tan's life. He regularly engages in strength training and maintains good physical shape.
At the same time, he notes that he does not strive for extreme athletic results. His workouts are primarily aimed at maintaining tone and overall health.
Simple Food Without Extremes
Chuando Tan's diet is quite simple. It includes a lot of protein foods—fish, chicken, and eggs—as well as vegetables.
He tries to limit sugar and heavily processed foods. However, there are no strict prohibitions in his diet: the photographer adheres to the principle of balance and sometimes allows himself his favorite dishes.
Skincare Without Complicated Procedures
According to Tan, his skincare routine is minimalist. He regularly cleanses his skin and uses moisturizing products.
The main rule is sun protection. The photographer tries to avoid excessive tanning and considers ultraviolet light one of the main factors of premature skin aging.
