Now, Anna Sedokova will always associate her birthday with death. After all, it was on this day a year ago that the singer's fourth husband, Janis Timma, passed away. The poor man was only 32. Celebrating her 43rd birthday in mid-December, the star reminded everyone of this. But even if she wanted to forget what happened — it wouldn't be possible!

The basketball player's family cannot accept his death. Especially his 59-year-old father.
"Raitis Timma continues to insist that a well-known performer is involved in driving his son to suicide," says lawyer Margarita Gavrilova in an interview with the website "Zevoysmag.ru".
But proving this in court is unlikely to succeed. Therefore, another path has been chosen — public airing of the 'dirty laundry'.
"It’s all about the marriage contract, — continues the defender. — Because of it, Janis lived with the thought that he was in a slave bond until the end of his days. Because according to the terms of this hellish paper, he was supposed to give his second wife even what he would acquire... after divorcing her. You heard right! Even if Timma married again and bought something expensive for his third wife, it would still belong to Sedokova! And Janis couldn’t read or write in Russian! So he didn’t know what he was signing! So this contributes to the driving to suicide. A statement has been filed. The investigation is ongoing."
The father of the deceased insists that the marriage contract is 'fake'!
"Sedokova and Timma signed this fictitious paper before a notary in the USA, — shares the details lawyer Gavrilova. — Anna brought the ready contract. But the American lawyer emphasized that he is certifying not the document itself, but only the signatures of the parties and that in both Russia and the USA this marriage contract will not be valid. It’s just a piece of paper! Which imitates a document of ownership. But it cannot be used as such!"
However, Anna Sedokova allegedly managed to do this when she sold five of Janis Timma's apartments in Moscow.
"The one who initiates the use of the document must understand the legal consequences, — reflects 59-year-old Gavrilova. — In this case — Sedokova. She knew, understood, and realized that there was no marriage contract, but she used it. This is fraud. Because the document was not notarized. Now, with a high degree of probability, the sales transactions that were conducted based on this marriage contract will be declared invalid and reversed, and the funds will be recovered in proportions defined by inheritance law."
According to Article 159 of the Criminal Code, 'Fraud', the star could face up to 10 years in prison!
"And if there is also a case under Article 110 — 'Driving to suicide', then they could add another five! — threatens the lawyer. — We will fight to the end!"

Believe me, I died a year ago! I practically died. I will go to any court if necessary. I will do everything you want. I am trying to make everyone feel good and everyone happy. But I have no one to rely on. I am always alone."
Actually, three and a half months ago, the singer appeared in public with 37-year-old businessman Andrey Gavrilenko. They were hugging and cooing about something sweetly. But then the man admitted that it was friendship. And two months ago, the star boasted on the Internet about two bouquets of red roses.
