Chicken Baked with Potatoes

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the chicken into portion-sized pieces, season with salt, pepper, and add Provencal herbs. Peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes. In a deep baking dish, mix the chicken, potatoes, finely chopped garlic, and olive oil. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
Chicken Soup with Vegetables

Preparation:
In a pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil, add the chicken fillet. After boiling, skim off the foam and add the chopped vegetables: carrots, onion, potatoes, and celery. Cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes. At the end, add salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
Chicken in Teriyaki Sauce
