Ingredients:
- Jamón or prosciutto
- Arugula
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 0.5 avocado
- Balsamic sauce
Preparation:
- Cover a cutting board with plastic wrap. Lay out the slices of jamón so that they slightly overlap each other.
- Mash the cheese together with half an avocado, add salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and mix.
- Place arugula at the edge of the jamón layer, then add the cream mixture of cheese and avocado on top.
- Add a slice of sun-dried tomatoes and carefully roll it into a log, pulling the plastic wrap.
