The combination of rosehip, lemon, raspberry, and honey helps support the immune system and fight seasonal colds. Food bloggers call this drink “Zeus's Strike” for its powerful immune-stimulating effect.
Recipe for “Zeus's Strike”:
- Rosehip: 2 tbsp of dried fruits.
- Lemon: 1/2 medium fruit.
- Raspberry: 100 g fresh or frozen.
- Honey: 2 tbsp.
- Water: 500 ml.
Preparation:
- Rinse the rosehip, pour 200 ml of boiling water over it, and let it steep for 2–3 hours.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- Mash the raspberries.
- Strain the rosehip infusion, add the lemon juice, raspberry puree, and honey.
- Add the remaining water and mix.
Consumption Recommendations:
Drink 1–2 times a day, in the morning and evening, in courses of 2–3 weeks with breaks. Do not add sugar.
Contraindications:
- Individual intolerance to components;
- Allergy to honey or citrus fruits;
