Many women pay attention to facial care but forget about the neck, even though wrinkles, folds, and loss of elasticity appear early here.

Moisturizing and Nourishing the Skin

The neck, like the face, requires moisturizing and nourishment. During the heating season, it is better to choose thicker and greasier cream textures. For normal skin, products for dry skin are suitable, while for oily skin, a cream for normal skin should be used. It is important to apply the product on slightly damp skin 40–60 minutes before going outside. This allows the active ingredients to penetrate deeper and create a protective barrier.

Correcting Daily Habits

Many neck problems arise from the habit of lowering the head while reading or working on a phone. This posture promotes the formation of a double chin and folds. Try to keep the gadget at chest level and control the position of your head throughout the day.

Peeling

Neck peeling helps renew the skin and stimulate its regeneration. Products based on trichloroacetic acid or Jessner's peel are effective. After the procedure, the skin must be moisturized. Usually, 3–4 sessions are required with an interval of 10 days, and the course can be repeated after six months.

Proper Pillow

During sleep, the neck also needs support. An orthopedic pillow helps maintain the correct position of the head and reduces the formation of wrinkles. The optimal position is on your back; sleeping on your side or stomach reduces the effect and increases the risk of creases and wrinkles.

Biorevitalization

The procedure involves the subcutaneous injection of hyaluronic acid, which moisturizes the skin and stimulates cells. The course depends on the type of the drug: for short-acting, 3 procedures with the papular technique, for long-acting, 3 procedures with an interval of 1–1.5 months. Application of anesthetic creams makes the procedure almost painless.

Strengthening Neck Muscles

Face fitness helps maintain the tone of the neck muscles and prevent skin sagging.

Example Exercise 1: Lean your chin on clenched fists, tongue pressed against the roof of your mouth, press your chin against your hands 20 times in a fast pace, then in a slow pace, finishing with a light tap of the chin.

Example Exercise 2 - "Clock Hands": Relax your face, keep your head straight, stretch your tongue to the left, up, towards the nostrils, and to the right for a count of 10, then swing your tongue like a pendulum at the upper and lower lip 10 times each. Finish with relaxation and a light tap on the area of the double chin.
