Due to the high interest in Inessa Galante's traditional concert 'Christmas Prelude', the organizers are offering a unique opportunity for a limited number of viewers to attend the dress rehearsal of the event for the first time and witness the working process behind the creation of this grand project. Only 500 seats will be available for sale.
The preparation and dress rehearsal for the evening concert will take place on December 6 at 16:00 in the Riga Dome Cathedral. Audiences will see the full concert program featuring all artists - opera singer Inessa Galante, organist Aivars Kaleiss, countertenor Sergey Egers, and leading soloists of the Latvian National Opera Inna Klochkova and Artem Safronov.
The program will also include the boys' choir of the Riga First Music School named after Jāzeps Mediņš, conducted by conductor Roman Vanags, and young talented musicians, winners of Inessa Galante's talent competition - accordionist Anastasia Zubova and percussionist Reinis Tominsh.

This year, the 'Christmas Prelude' will once again unite not only various genres of vocal and instrumental music but will also present brilliant duets, trios, and other musical surprises. The concert program will encompass great arias, Neapolitan songs, Gregorian chants, and other works from the world musical treasury, creating an elevated, light, and festive mood.
Audiences of the 'Christmas Prelude' will immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the majestic decor of the Dome Cathedral, under whose arches musical masterpieces will resonate, filling hearts and souls with a bright Christmas spirit. The interior of the Dome Cathedral will be magically transformed by dynamic light installations, harmoniously integrated into the musical context.
The 'Christmas Prelude' is one of the most unforgettable events in Riga's cultural life, a concert that no music lover should miss.
