The actor fully supports his son's desire to live with his mother.
It seemed that the protracted conflict between Pavel Priluchny and Agatha Muzenietse had been resolved. The court determined that their twelve-year-old son Timofey would remain living with his mother. However, an unexpected move by the star of the series 'Major' has once again stirred public opinion. It turned out that the actor filed an appeal with the Moscow City Court, once again contesting the previous agreements.
However, Priluchny's lawyer hastily states that this story has nothing to do with a new battle for the child. According to defense attorney Oksana Danielova, the document was prepared and sent several months ago when the family situation was radically different from the current one. At that time, Timofey was living with his father and his new wife, Zepur Brutyan.
Now, as the actor's representative claims, the circumstances have changed. Timofey is indeed living with his mother and is absolutely happy. Muzenietse, who is expecting her third child from her new partner, musician Petr Drangi, has managed to establish a relationship with her son and resolve all past misunderstandings.
Pavel Priluchny, according to his lawyer, fully supports his child's desire and does not intend to change anything. The stated appeal is purely a technical action aimed at correcting procedural violations committed by the first-instance court. Allegedly, there is no talk of taking the boy from his mother's home.
